I’m Tracey, a mom to five, career women, a life long lover of delicious desserts - especially cannoli! Rolli Cannoli was born out of my passion for bringing people together through food and my quest to craft the perfect cannoli - oh and it is one of my late father’s favourite desserts.

Every cannoli we make is with love, care, and a sprinkle of tradition. Whether it’s a family celebration, a quiet moment with coffee, work besties chat, or a sweet gift for someone special, Rolli Cannoli is here to make every moment unforgettable.
